At FiftyFive, we want you to love your order.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

The cap must be unused and unworn.
It must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Items with signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Since all our caps are One Size, we do not offer size exchanges. If you received the wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days and we'll help you.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our website or Instagram with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
